Come one, Come all, for a "dog-gone" good time at Wolf Park!
Saturday , June 7, 2008 from 1:00—5:00 p.m.

Special guests presenting on dog behavior include Peggy Klinghammer, speaking on the topic of shaping puppy behavior so that you and your puppy start out with the right habits and Jackie Sheagley, professional dog trainer, speaking about her work and dog training in general.
Should you get lost in our crowd, Jeff and Beth Line will be here to demonstrate how to find a missing person using search and rescue dogs as well as beginning stages of training a dog for such a mission. Come learn what Search and Rescue is all about and how to get started. If search and rescue isn’t the job for your canine friend, Gale Motter will shed some light on other work for your dog. Gale’s presentation, "Best Dog for the Job" will explore special adaptations of different breeds for different purposes.
If you are considering a canine companion in your home, there will be information available on local pet shelters: Almost Home Humane Society, Crystal Creek Kennels Adoptions, and Petsavers-No Kill Shelter. And if you do have a dog, there will be other fun activities for the entire family to enjoy while Spot naps peacefully at home waiting your arrival knowing you are at Wolf Park having a "Howling Good Time'! Speaking of "howl"...consider returning at 7:30 p.m. for our regularly scheduled Howl Night Program.
Regular Park Admission: adults $7, children 6-13 $5, children 5 and under and members are free. Combo tickets can be purchased for the day and Howl Night: adults $12 and children 6—13 $8.
NOTE: For the health and safety of the wolves, visitors should NOT bring their pets to the park.
