Dog Days

This will be quite the day, with talks, activities, and some special dog guests.

Ongoing throughout day there will be a "parade of dogs" which is a part of the park set aside for displays and visiting dogs from a variety of dog rescue organizations such as the Collie Rescue of Greater Illinois, and the Rescue a Shar-Pei group. Malamute rescue, basenji rescue, German shepherd rescue, these and other groups will be participating. We will also have representatives of organizations such as Therapy Dogs, Dog Scouts, Humane Society, Spay and Neuter, and Canine Companions, for those interested in learning more about how to be involved in dog communities and service.

Activities run from 10 am to 5 pm-- come out for the day!

Remember, please -- for the safety and health of the wolves-- DO NOT bring your pets to the park with you. Thank you!
