Wolf Park Seminar Refund Policy

Seminar refund policy

Five day seminars require a $100 NON REFUNDABLE* deposit.
Six day seminars require a $200 NON REFUNDABLE* deposit.
Photography seminars require NON-REFUNDABLE** payment in full of $175.
Payment in FULL is required 2 months before the seminar or you will lose your reservation and deposit.
After this time (if there is room left) payment must be in full and is non-refundable.

If you cancel between 6 months and 2 months prior to the start of a seminar, you will be refunded any payments made MINUS the deposit. Should you cancel between 2 months and 1 month prior to the seminar, you will be refunded HALF of your payment MINUS the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the start of a seminar will not receive any refund.

No payments will be applied towards future five and six day seminars. Any unrefunded money paid towards a seminar which you did not attend will be considered a tax-deductible donation to Wolf Park.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Wolf Park reserves the right to cancel a seminar if there are fewer than 5 participants registered as of 30 days before the start of the seminar. In the case of cancellation, we will refund registration fees in full, or the participant can choose to transfer into a different seminar.

*$100 and $200 deposits for wolf and dog and wolf behavior seminars will only be refunded if you cancel 6 months or more before the start of a seminar. **The $175 payment towards the photography seminars can be applied towards a future photography seminar only and there is a $25.00 transfer fee. If you plan to cancel, the money can be treated as a tax-deductible donation to Wolf Park.
