Treats for Wolves
The wolves and other animals at Wolf Park can be picky and their preferred treats can change quickly. Depending on what they have been getting, they may become 'tired' of even their favorite treats. If you would like to make a donation, please contact Pat Goodmann at Pat@wolfpark.org, 765-567-2265 ext 108, to ask what they might enjoy.

What we really need are training treats. Training treats are nice meaty little treats (the smaller the better) that we use in behavior enrichment and training. Soft meaty treats are best. Milk bones and other grain based treats really fall flat with the wolves. Most will not eat them at all. Big huge basted bones, rawhides, hoofies, pigears and the like are pretty much ho-hum for the wolves as well and we have ended up with waaaay too many of these in the past. If the wolves will not eat them, well, it is best to send what our guys really like.

    Our Wolves Would Like:

  • Pet Botanics Rolled Meat that you can find at PetsMart (other similar brands will be fine)
  • Training treats (small little meaty things) such as those which can be found at Sitstay.com
  • Liver sausage (yes, people food)
  • Cream Cheese
  • Regular Cheese such as Provolone, Lappi, Muenster, Fontina, or Orca's favorite, Jarlsberg
  • Adequan for our older wolf folks
